About Creekside

Creekside Home Services was built around a simple idea: when a move, home transition, or property project gets complicated, having one trusted person responsible for the bigger picture makes all the difference.

What began as hands-on help for homeowners has grown into moving, downsizing, relocation, and property support throughout Middle Tennessee, from straightforward projects to highly involved, fully managed transitions.

The work varies. The commitment doesn’t: understand what needs to happen, build the right plan, and see it through.

Founder-Led

Creekside is personally led by founder Blake Osborn.

From the initial walk-through through completion, Blake works directly with each client to understand the priorities, coordinate the details, and oversee the work.

Depending on the project, Creekside may bring in additional crew members or coordinate with trusted service providers, but clients always have one clear point of contact responsible for the bigger picture.

The approach is personal, discreet, and highly involved, with an emphasis on communication, careful handling, and follow-through.

Recent Projects

No two projects look exactly the same. Here are a few recent examples of how Creekside has helped clients navigate moves and transitions with multiple moving pieces.

College Grove Vacation Home

Managed a multi-destination transition from an approximately 8,000-square-foot vacation home in College Grove.

Roughly two-thirds of the home was moved into climate-controlled storage, while the remaining belongings were transported to the clients’ farm in West Tennessee.

The project included packing, storage coordination, furniture and artwork transport, removal and donation coordination, and multiple moving days, all managed under one coordinated plan.

Office Move & Temporary Workspace

Managed an office transition into temporary storage with minimal disruption to the clients’ workday.

Before the move, Creekside personally toured four storage facilities in East Nashville to find the right combination of security, cleanliness, accessibility, and space for the clients’ needs.

On move day, the clients spent a total of about 45 minutes on site before returning to work. Creekside independently handled the packing, transportation, storage setup, and logistics from there.

Rather than simply filling storage units, one unit was intentionally arranged as a functional workspace, with samples and frequently used materials organized for easy access throughout the transition.

The result: a complete office move without the clients having to put their own work on hold to manage it.

Fully Remote Move & Ongoing Support

Managed a Middle Tennessee move for a client living in Florida, entirely remotely.

The project began with a virtual walk-through and included packing and moving personal belongings, clothing, kitchen items, and garage contents into local storage after the home’s furniture had been transported to Florida separately.

Creekside has continued supporting the client after the move, coordinating local furniture deliveries and managing the sale of more than $3,500 in designer furnishings on her behalf.

Everything has been handled through consistent communication and one trusted local point of contact.

And we still haven’t met in person.
